Please prayerfully consider how you can best serve children through this important outreach ministry of our church. VBS runs June 16-20, 9 AM to 12 PM daily. Student Volunteer OptionsThis section is only for our students who are helping with VBS! 7th-12th grade volunteers - Grade in 2025-26:* All student volunteers need to attend FBC or be part of FBC's student ministry for 6 months. If you are a 24/25 high school graduate, enter "graduate" in the above field.Volunteer areas student is interested in Nametag & Bag Assembly Friday, June 13, 9:30am-12:30pm. Assist with name tags, guide bags, etc. (lunch provided). VBS Set-up - Help decorate and set-up on Sunday, June 15, at 12pm for VBS (lunch provided). Student Song Leader - help lead songs including actions during opening and closing. Requires additional practice before the week of VBS and participation the week of VBS. Guide - Leading a group of children through the morning - interacting with them, sharing the Gospel, and answering any questions they may have. Please attend the VBS Training meeting on Thursday, June 12, at 7pm. Craft Helper - Help in the craft room. Please attend the VBS Training Meeting on Thursday, June 12, at 7pm. Childcare Worker - Help care for children (under the age of kindergarten) of VBS volunteers in their own mini-VBS. Student Games Helper - Assist Games Leader in directing games and activities. Thursday Noon Gym Set-up Set-up tables and chairs in the gym for the Thursday, 6/19 evening meal. Thursday Night Meal - Prep and serve the Thursday evening (6/19 @ 5:30pm) family meal. Thursday Night Clean-up Crew - Clean up the kitchen and gym after the evening meal (6/19). VBS Take Down - Help take down VBS decorations and return the church to normal appearance on Friday, June 20, 12pm (lunch provided). Gospel Sharing Buddy Stationed in the snack room to support guides in sharing the gospel during one-on-one conversations. Please attend the VBS Training Meeting on Thursday, June 12, at 7 pm. Greeter - Greet children and families at the outer doors as they arrive for VBS. (8:30 - 9:15 AM). Kitchen Helper - Prepare and distribute VBS snacks. Craft Helper - Help in the craft room.
